Scott is the Executive Chairman of the board of directors of Emerald Asset Management PA, LLC, parent company to Emerald’s five subsidiary investment advisory firms. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Emerald Asset Management PA, LLC . Scott co-founded Emerald Advisers in 1991 and served as its Senior Vice President and Treasurer until 2002. He also co-founded and served as President and Trustee of the Emerald Mutual Funds from 1992 – 2002. He returned to Emerald in 2012 to help manage its continuing growth after serving as executive director of the non-profit Connections Work from 2002 – 2012. Scott is the Treasurer and a member of the board of directors and the investment committee of the Wyomissing Foundation and a member of the board of directors of Diakon Housing Services. He has served as chair of several local community-based organizations, including as the past chair of the board of directors of the United Way of Berks County and its Community Impact Cabinet.
