Mr. Juliano is the Chief Operating Officer of Emerald Asset Management PA, LLC., joining the firm in November 2011. He is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of the Company, and also manages the Company’s treasury and financing functions. Prior to joining Emerald, Mr. Juliano was the owner of several businesses and the Chief Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer of Bulova Technologies, a defense contractor and contract manufacturer. He has extensive experience in M&A strategy development and implementation. He also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Audit Manager. Mr. Juliano is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a BS Degree in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania. Mr. Juliano is on the advisory board for Lancaster Catholic High School and a member of the Board of Directors of The Emerald Foundation.
