Mr. Juliano is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Emerald Asset Management PA, LLC, joining the firm in November 2011. He is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of the Company and manages the Company’s treasury and financing functions. Prior to joining Emerald, Mr. Juliano was the owner of several businesses and the Chief Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer of Bulova Technologies, a defense contractor and contract manufacturer. He has extensive experience in M&A strategy development and implementation. He also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Audit Manager. Mr. Juliano is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a BS Degree in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania. Mr. Juliano is on the advisory board for Lancaster Catholic High School.
