Joyce works in the Operations Department for Emerald Advisers, LLC. She focuses on reconciling client accounts, creating reports for custodians and clients, and quarterly client billing for Emerald Advisers, Emerald Fixed Income Advisers, and Emerald Separate Account Management. She began working at Emerald in May 1996 as an equity trader and other back office functions. After a brief leave of absence to care for her mother, Joyce returned to Emerald in 1997 where she moved into the Operations Department. Prior to working at Emerald, Joyce worked at CoreStates Bank (now Wells Fargo) in Trust Investments. Joyce is very active with the Lititz Lions Club, and has been their Treasurer and President, in addition to chairing their Annual Golf Tournament. She is also very active in the St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church. Joyce enjoys spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter, community service, golf, crafting, and flower gardening.
