Mr. Conway serves as Vice President of Finance/Cybersecurity Officer, and is responsible for the preparation and review of company financial statements, oversight of audit and tax relations, and manages IT processes. Prior to joining Emerald, he was the Controller of Educators Mutual Life Insurance Company, a mid-sized insurance company based in Lancaster, PA. In addition, Mr. Conway was Controller of Lincoln General Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Kingsway Financial, Inc., and also worked for KPMG, LLP in the audit, tax, and management consulting areas. Mr. Conway received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania.
