David Ko is a Research Analyst for Emerald Investment Advisers, primarily responsible for the Healthcare sector research, and was an Equity Analyst for the MVP Group at F/m Investments. Previously, David was the AVP covering Healthcare at Macquarie, playing an integral part in the expansion of the bank’s US Healthcare research coverage, as well as Medical Supplies & Devices at Barclays. David started his career in equity research in 2021 at Tocqueville Asset Management as a generalist, focusing on value-oriented investing. Prior to his research and investing career, David held various operational roles within the medical diagnostics industry. David received his B.Sc. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
