Emerald Asset Management (EAM), headquartered in Lancaster, PA, was incorporated in 1991 and is the parent company of Emerald Investment Advisory Services that includes Emerald Advisers, Inc., Emerald Mutual Fund Advisers Trust and Emerald Fixed Income Advisers, LLC. Emerald Advisers is an S.E.C. (Securities Exchange Commission) registered investment advisor that has been providing professional advisory services to institutional investors, high net worth individuals and the overall general public through quality separate account management and sub-advised mutual funds.
